Vegan Sausage w. Roasted Vegetables


This meal is for you macro followers out there (or not...this sausage is amazing), for those who just enjoy simplicity, or for those who are looking to amp up your protein.  Warning...this is ALOT of can cut it in half if you like, but if you are counting macros and have high protein numbers to hit, this is perfect.  And trust'll be nice and full afterwards :) - but not in that "I feel like dying" full sort of way :).  If you're not counting macros, this is super good as well.  We are using Field Roast sausage here (the best, soooooo good), and it is amazing.  We are even giving you a tbsp. of nutritional yeast to sprinkle on top.  Adds a little boost of protein, and flavor.  :).  

Ingredients:  Vegan Sausage (Filtered water, vital wheat gluten, expeller pressed safflower oil, unsulfured dried apples, Yukon Gold potatoes, yeast extract, onion powder, barley malt, garlic, natural hickory smoke flavor with torula yeast, spices, sea salt and rubbed sage), asparagus, butternut squash, onion, unrefined coconut oil.  Contains:  Wheat
