    A classic Caesar salad, veganized.  This is a full meal folks.  Not a side salad.  The catch is, if you order this, you have to eat it within 2 days or it won't be a wonderful.  Homemade breadcrumbs and homemade Caesar dressings are picky when they aren't pumped with processed ingredients :), so eat this one quickly.  You'll want to anyway, because it's amazing.  Creamy, good for you, and packed with protein from baked tofu, I think this new recipe will be a keeper for us. Oh - this has some hemp parmesan to sprinkle on top too - an added bonus of flavor and nutrition! 


    Ingredients:  Twin Oaks Tofu, cashews, bread, hemp seeds, romaine lettuce, miso, lemon juice, oregano, garlic, olive oil, herbs, salt.  Contains:  Wheat, cashews, soy.
